Just drag one of the corners of the Skitch frame — what you see is what you will get in the email. Drag out your image from 'DragMe' tab to your email/desktop etc.

If you had originally dragged in a high resolution (digital camera etc) image from iPhoto etc, then make sure you have the 'Export at original size' checkbox that appears unchecked. If you leave it ticked, the file you drag out will be the original (large) size.
