Retrieving account lost by double using email for 2 different accounts

Hi,

I lost access to my account as I tried to create one for my friend and instead I changed my personal email to his email, then he created a new account using his email and since then I couldn't retrieve my account, though I have my user name and whenever I try to retrieve the password it says "password sent" but I wont receive any thing on my email!!!
