skitch not uploading to server
Whenever I try to upload a picture, the app has a think for a bit and then offers a 'webpost error' message.

Inappropriate?Yep, it's been this way for me for weeks now.
Uploading to my own server space on doteasy.com.
I get the 'check your directory setting' error. And my FTP info is exactly as I have it for all my uploading through other apps...

Inappropriate?This may be the OS X DNS issue.
A workaround is to use OpenDNS. Instructions are here:

Inappropriate?Nah, I doubt it. See, OSX has DNS issues for accessing internal IP addresses through network firewall... but here, we're going outbound, and more importantly, it WAS working fine, until it suddenly stopped. That said, maybe they broke something with an update. You could be right. Anyone else experience an abrupt inability to upload to their own servers?

Inappropriate?I am having the same issue. Although I just realized I could use FTP accounts. Got pumped and then aaah. Fail. Bummed now. Posting to Skitch works fine. Tried SFTP and FTP. I use A2hosting.com by the way.

Inappropriate?I use Cyberduck daily and I haven't had any problems with the account I am trying to upload to. It's possible that I have the settings in Skitch wrong since the terminology is a little different. I couldn't find any articles explaining how to set up the FTP upload with Skitch. An example would be helpful.
