Accurate placement of markers in Platial.
When I add markers in Platial, the actual placement is not always very accurate. Even when I've got the map view at 100%, markers are sometimes way off. In the iphone version, I can move the map to place the marker accurately so why can't I do this in Platial? Every other mapping programme that I use allows me to adjust the placement of the marker. At times, i've just given up trying to add markers via my laptop because of the inaccuracy.

Inappropriate?Agreed. It's less of a problem that markers can't be relocated at some point after they are crated, but it's important that we can at least 'fine tune' the position of a marker on the map before it's saved.
This is especially true given that it's difficult to place a marker on the map accurately with Platial. (The position where the marker is placed is not the spot clicked). Of course I'm referring to adding a marker by specifying a title and then clicking on the map to set the position. I assume that keying in Lat and Long coordinates or specifying a street address works is more precise.

Inappropriate?I agree this would be a great UI improvement for us. Before the redesign we had a drag and drop marker that could be fine-tuned for adding "by click", but we didn't finish re-implementing that before we had to push out the big redesign. We've always planned to get it back, but just haven't had the resources since then, with the iphone project and others. It's good to be reminded that it's needed.
