Can't Log In
Can't Log into account for iphone. I have set up my Nearby/Platial account I can log in from my computer but when I use the same username/password from my iphone it will not allow me to log in.
Error Message:
Something went wrong, username or password unrecognized.
Can you help?

I have been seeing sporadic login issues on our live servers today, but I don't really think it's tied to that (since it's really quite a different kind of API call that's happening from the device).
I can only recommend trying it without letting the iPhone auto capitalize the username field, and making sure there are no spaces after the name (and I'll make sure we are case insensitive on the backend). If it's something to do with case sensitivity, We'll get a fix up asap.1 Comment

Inappropriate?great, glad it worked, but am sad that something so basic slipped thru our cracks, I have committed both case and white space fixes which will be online in the morning, in case anyone else has experienced this issue as well.
