Closed Beta: What do the new privacy options mean?
Sometimes the difference between "your contacts" and "only you and shared contacts" in the new privacy options is still not clear.

Inappropriate?With the option "your contacts", your presence is not public and can be seen by all your Plazes contacts.
By selecting "only you and shared contacts", your activity on Plazes can be seen only by the people you are explicitly sharing it with. For instance, a contact who is not directly in your "guest list" may therefore not see that particular activity.
This is also the main difference with the old options, which were only two: "public" and "your contacts".
