Inappropriate?We are inviting as much people as possible and almost 90% of the users who asked to test our beta platform have now access to it.
However, the Closed Beta is just an environment for testing purpose which is not synchronized with Plazes.com and will be deleted with the official release. This mainly means that those who joined Plazed after our last syntonization have to wait a bit longer to get access to the Closed Beta.
The good news is that we are going to launch the next release very soon and you won't probably have to wait any longer to see a new shiny Plazes.

Inappropriate?If you joined Plazes in 2006, you applied for the closed beta but you didn't receive the invitation, then something went wrong: either the email address with which you are registered on Plazes is not valid anymore or the invitation landed in your spam folder :-) Send please your Plazes username to giuseppe at plazes dot com and I will dig more into this problem.
