I've not had a Karma change in the last two updates, though the rollover says I've gone up .01 each time, my score has remained the same since it went up to 97 three updates ago.
I've had 24 people become a fan of me over the course of 18 hours yesterday, between 2am and 8pm approx, UK time. 22 of those were obvious spammers -- users with empty profiles and plurks consisting primarily of commercial links or links to traffic-harvesting or banner-trading sites. The other two were (presumably legitimate) users with whom I've had no prior connection and of whom I've never heard.
I think this is because I appeared on the "Interesting plurkers" page for a while.
So I have two questions:
1. Does Plurk take anti-spam measures seriously?
2. Is there a mechanism whereby I can prevent myself appearing on the "Interesting plurkers" page ever again?
My Karma is now 1000000...I don't know why...
And, I cannot verify my cellphone, too...why?
Can anyone answer me?

I've plurked about movies. Then I try to search for my own plurk using the search function, searching my own timeline, but I always get no results, no matter what I'm looking for.
Hi, I've been plurking for a few months from Milan, and just moved country - living in the Faroe Islands now (part of Denmark, but a separate country nonetheless, like Greenland) - but it's not listed... would be nice to update the location info... any advice? if there's anything i can do to help, let me know... faroekat (Katrin)
I have a problem where an error message shows after I had registered my mobile number on "My Account" -> Mobile page. The error is shown below:

In the last karma compute cycle, I think I possibly have exposed a bug in the Karmic compute code. In one timeslice, my karma dropped nearly a full point. No other user saw as sudden a decrease in karma as I did during that cycle.
The mean loss was -0.160 for most users not including myself. My karmic loss (I encouraged people to use the mute function) was -0.91 down from 69.64. This is measured from data gathered on karma_trends.
It is possible, then, to create an organized attack of karma by friending/following a user, then going back through the timeline and muting plurks. (or in this case, I created a series of plurks specifically asking to have them muted as a simulation.)
I'm not particularly worried about the karma loss .. (it's just karma, after all), but was very interested in the potential karma loss exploit.
i am already tired of the continual "pimping" of mini-elections. some plurkers take every opportunity to promote their mini-elections, even in responses to completely unrelated plurks.
contests that encourage interaction or creativity are cool (like the recent art contest), but this one just seems to encourage spam. i can't find a single upside to the whole thing.
Posted as directed by @amix... It's beome apparent over the past couple of days that @martinbogo is running a bot to avoid losing karma for inactivity. Only immediate action by the A-Team to put a stop to this dishonest practise and to strip @martinbogo of karma earned by this practise (and award karma penalties that would otherwise have been assessed) will preserve Plurk's reputation. Anything less than that is blatant disrespect for all the honest plurkers who routinely suffer karma loss because of inactivity.
Is it possible to disable the "US Election 2008" tab or at least disable all the notifications? Many on my timeline are asking this same question. Could this be an option rather then something forced upon us for the next month?
I was looking for an old plurk and noticed it wasn't showing up on my timeline or the timeline of the person who plurked it, but I'm showing the plurk still exists. It seems like others are missing as well.
Example is included in the images. http://www.plurk.com/p/4ytec was plurked at 5:04am on October 3rd, but when I view KDFrawg's timeline (or my own at that time), the earliest plurk I see for him that day is after 4pm.
Plurk exists:
But does not show up in timeline:
I've tried this logged in and logged out, as well as in Firefox and Safari to make sure it wasn't a browser or user issue.
When I have more than 250 unread responses & click Mark all as read for the oldest 250, *all* unread responses are getting marked as read. Say I have a total of 400 unread items. I click view, plurk shows me the oldest 250. I read some, then click Mark all read. Normally the first 250 go away and I'm presented with the remaining 150 as unread. This is no longer the case. When I click mark all as read, even the 150 I've never viewed get marked as read.
I don't mind if 'Mark all read' really does mark *all*, but if it's going to do so, 'View' should also show me *all* instead of just the oldest 250. There's a hole in the current implementation and it means I have no way of viewing newer unread plurks if I have more than 250 in the queue.
Currently being asked to "validate my email address" - asked for a resend of confirm email address. Received that OK - click on link fails, says user "me" has already confirmed, yet message to confirm persists. Manual link and provide code also fails with same return.
Hello Plurk Team! Im Giving Feedback about the Plurk Mobile. I hope you can add My Profile, Alerts, Send a Private Plurk or Clique, Mark all as Read, Settings, etc. My Friends also wants this idea. Thanks! Hope you grant it!
