A whole series of problems this morning.
Timeline doesn't update, old posts are very slow to load and often terminate with an "unknown problem" error, posts are marked read before having been read, post-counts do not update properly. Perhaps your announcement about the wonderful new server array was premature. You still appear to have the the same old annoying problems.

Inappropriate?Let us know when you are out of Alpha.

Inappropriate?Comments like these make us not want to write anymore articles on what we do behind the scenes. We aren't robots who stay up 24x7 watching servers to make sure they run in pristine condition. Yes, we get alerts, but they take time to get resolved.
If you have nothing positive to write a about, please keep it to yourself. If you have genuine constructive comments, share. -
Yikes, I love Plurk, but where's the customer service?! Employees aren't supposed to respond in kind to rudeness from customers. It's the burden of working with people: They will be rude, and you must be professional. -
Let me make some clarifications to my comment. I had chosen the wrong word to use. I will restate it:
"If you have to be condescending, please keep it to yourself. If you have genuine constructive comments, please share it."
We appreciate feedback, but I hope people understand that it does take time to get fixed/implemented.
I apologize for the wrong choice of words/confusion. -
Now that's customer service. Even the "We appreciate..." sentence is great. I know it sucks sometimes, but keeping it professional publicly will "catch more flies." Keep up the hard work! Plurk is a great product that is changing the conceptualization of microblogging. -
The problem is you take everything as a personal attack when all people want is to know what the hell happened. You're a great coder but you really need a PR team. -
Inappropriate? That is a well-thought-out response to the concerns of one of your prime customers. Either praise you for having a sloppy product, or STFU. When Plurk does not function properly I intend to continue to mention it here. This is the place to discuss problems, not to praise people who are failing to do their jobs properly
I’m disgusted by your arrogance

Inappropriate?Wow, wow way to represent your company by being a total a-hole douche. Yes *THIS* kind of response is going to get people flocking to use your website. "If you have nothing positive to write a about, please keep it to yourself." Really? A "Be nice" reply? Really? Let me introduce you to this new thing called The Internet.....
