Please add the ability to block a user directly from their profile page, or from a plurk's individual URL!

Inappropriate?@amix agreement (http://www.plurk.com/p/19lid#response...) to allow us to block from other user's profile pages is a slight improvement only. It ignores the request that we be allowed to block from a plurk's permapage. And it ignores the problem reported by me (http://getsatisfaction.com/plurk/topi...).
