Do not broadcast friends-only plurks to twitter/facebook by default
Currently it seems that friends-only plurks will broadcast to twitter and facebook if one has that feature enabled. This seems counter-intuitive; I'd like my plurk-friends-only plurks to be seen only by my plurk friends! I know the code for not broadcasting plurks, but I think the default on friends-only plurks should be not to broadcast them.

Inappropriate?private plurk should not be broadcast to other networks at all. I just plurk a test plurk to all my friends and it didn't show in my twitter. Anyone has similar problem?

Inappropriate?well, I just posted a private friends-only plurk and it did *not* go to facebook and twitter. so. I dunno what happened with the first one.
