Inappropriate?in most cases, yes. plurk spamming will result in your friends unfollowing you or even block you. These 2 actions will trigger the negative karma effect.

Inappropriate?I believe that they currently have the threshold of karma hit set at 30 plurks a day. Read that somewhere, don't know how accurate it is. I average about 10, 30 seems plenty to me. (an opinion)
