how to change plurk bot im (bot@plurk.com) preferences

i notice there setting that can be changed from im like:
Silent: off
Notify when offline: off
Notify when busy: on
Notify about new plurks: on
Notify about responses: on
Auto plurk: off
but I dont understand how to change it.
i had go to http://plurk.com/imhelp, but this page did not help me at all

please help me
