Is Karma updating properly?
I've not had a Karma change in the last two updates, though the rollover says I've gone up .01 each time, my score has remained the same since it went up to 97 three updates ago.

Inappropriate?I hope they haven't arbitrarily decided to have people max out at some number - say, 97 for example - and not even have the decency to explain what they've done. While I'm not seeing a karma freeze like you are, I definitely have a problem with how it's "behaving" in your case! Hope they fix or at least clarify soon. -
