Plurk is Responding Slowly
Plurk is responsing extremely slowly this morning. Others are reporting the same problem. The timeline loads quckly but the it takes 10-15 seconds for the plurks to show on the timeline, and then another 10 seconds or longer for responses to show when you select a plurk to display.

I noticed the problem too. It looks like the servers are loaded at the moment.
I can tell you though, we are working on optimizing our databases (on separate non-production servers) to mitigate this problem in the future.

Inappropriate?it was kind of OK yesterday in the evening until about 10-11pm. then it slowed down.
and it is still really slow right now...

Inappropriate?It's getting insanely slow. Over 30secs to load no responses. 20-25 to post. Over 60 secs to view one response or more threads.
