trying to mute plurkers in 'interesting' timeline

is it possible to mute a person in a regional timeline? I use 'interesting plurkers' to look at people plurking from my home town. There are, however, several teenagers on there who I have no interest in following. I'd like to remove them from that timeline.

They're not in MY timeline, and they're not friends or fans. I just don't want to see their plurks in the 'interesting' timeline, because they're not.
