Updating plurk timeline via Plurk API problem help

guyz, i am trying to develop a way to post to plurk via simple html and php. i am using ryan lim's unofficial plurk API. his addPlurk function returns true but does not post the content body in my timeline. anybody knows how to solve this? or is there a better way to implement updating your plurk from your website? thanks
