When I plurk a response, I get the message "An unknown error has happened."

When I plurk a response, I get the message "An unknown error has happened." If I click out of the plurk, the number of responses doesn't reflect the fact that I responded, but if I go back into the plurk, my response is there. I first noticed this about 6 hours ago.
