Why isn't Plurk more transparent?
Why is Plurk's presence on this support site such a closely guarded secret that I only just discovered it today? When did Plurk first ID it on the contact form? Why couldn't somebody have pointed it out in an email response to just one of my numerous emails to you?

Inappropriate?we certainly need to work on our communication with users regarding bug reports and helps via email. Being more visible and promoting our getsatisfaction help forum are some of the initial steps we are taking to work towards that goal. (we only ID this forum on our contact page a couple days ago :) )
We apologize if you didn't get any replies from us via email. Is any of the issues you reported earlier still exist?

Inappropriate?Thank you for that reply. I appreciate the fact that you now seem to be making some effort. However, instead of expecting me to re-submit all of the issues that I previously emailed you about, I suggest that you review all of the emails sent to http://www.plurk.com/contact and prioritize them and then start to deal with them. It's hardly good enough that you ignored all of those emails and then simply say, 'well, we're going to make some effort from now on.' The people who made the effort to email you deserve to get replies. As for future communications with you, I will use this site instead of emailing, because here there is at least a bit of a spotlight on you if you don't address issues.
