By typing "prefs" you get to see a list of your current preferences.
I would like to know how to enable "Notify when offline"
and what is "Auto plurk" plus how do you enable it too?

Inappropriate?To enable "Notify when offline" type "on offline". To disable it use "off offline".
"Auto plurk" enabled the monitoring of IM status text, which is posted as a plurk when changed. Take a note that this feature is experimental and it may contain bugs.
Moreover both these features are not implemented for MSN (It is a subject to change in future). At the moment both works only for Jabber.

Inappropriate?If offline notification feature is enabled, plurk IM bot will send notifications about new plurks and responses even if user is unavailable (offline).
To enable it send "on offline" to the bot.
As stated before, this feature is not implemented in MSN bot.
