Problems downloading and logging in.
This may sound like a tale of woe, but I swear, I'm not making this up!
I went to the site and got ticked off that I couldn't just download it - that I had to log in to do it. Why force me to log in if I just want to have a look at it?
So I created an account. Or tried to. The site kept insisting that something was wrong, even though all the fields were filled out, but wouldn't tell me. Eventually, through experimentation, I found that it didn't like my username - wtl - which I use pretty much everywhere - so I lengthened it, and finally got in. There's no technological reason to require a username to be a minimum of number of characters.
The last straw was when I finally got to the download button, I clicked it and got served:
Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: File exists in /var/www/phplibs/class.mypodder.php on line 76

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/phplibs/class.mypodder.php:76) in /var/www/phplibs/class.mypodder.php on line 103
I'll have another look at it, but the process of just downloading an application shouldn't be an exercise in frustration.

Inappropriate?Hi,
Can you specify what version of the software you were trying to download? As you can see, we fixed the same problem you're referring to http://getsatisfaction.com/podcastrea....
Apparently, we missed a spot, so we need to know how you got to this problem.
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Mac version, if that helps, but I've moved on. Getting software shouldn't be that hard.
I’m done.
