Every episode I download incorrectly says it's length is 45:00 minutes. This happens on all titles I am subscribed to, including new subscriptions. The lengths used to be correct, but started this behavior about a month ago. I am using the Microsoft Zune software to download these episodes.
I am new to podiobooks.com and subscribed to several books. I received the first episode of each and have not received any further. The My Subscription page shows that two should arrive on the next sync. I have plugged my Zune into my computer and nothing has happened.
I tried my personal feed and the public share feed. I tried downloading the files through Firefox and MediaMonkey. They both fail to download the files.
I have repeatedly tried to download the Arwen, Season 3, with no success. When I go into your site and click on Release next chapter, it does nothing in my iTunes. I have cancelled, re-subscribed several times, with no success.
I have downloaded all the episodes and there is a problem with episode 16 and 17, they only show up as 15 seconds in iTunes. I have tried downloading them several times, but I have had no luck. Maybe i need to change my cache settings, but im not sure how to do that

I have not been able to download chapters of The Secret World Chronicle, Book 2 from Podiobooks.com this weekend. Attempt to link to podiobooks.com, generate the message: "Sorry, we couldn't find “www.podiobooks.com/title/secret-world...
In fact my local internet provider does not even see podiobooks.com as a valid website. Is this a DNS problem? Or is it an issue with podiobooks.com itself?
had been happily downloading chapters of The Secret World through iTunes, but the links to missing chapters hang there as well.
My podcatchers dont get released episodes, I'm following 5 titles rignt now that i cant download released episodes. When I ask Itune or Emodio to update my podcast they dont see the new episode so I cant donwload them. I try subscribing to a new book see If i had problems with your site And I was able to download the first episode on both podcatchers and the second on Emodio ( I canceled the subsciption on Itune I wont be continuing with that podcatcher)

Rating stars are not visible in Firefox 3. I had to go to IE to do ratings. This is sad.
Update. I just switched to another podiobook and can see the rating stars. FYI, I was trying to rate Double Share and could not see the stars. If it has any bearing, I had previously subscribed to Double Share, completed it, canceled subscription and then recalled I needed to rate it so resubscribed. Maybe that has some relation to why I could not see stars for it but could for other books.
Right now, you can set your subscription to every day, every other day etc. We are on the lying Hughes satellite net, and the way they are dealing with increasing customers without increasing bandwidth is that if an individual customer downloads more than an arbitrary amount ( which keeps getting smaller) during 24 hours, you get wacked with not being able to download at all. Therefore, I would like to be able to schedule the Day and Time of my downloads. Obviously, being able to download at 4 am on weekdays when my husband and I aren't using the computer much would be great with no downloading on weekends and evenings ( and the occasional time my husband is doing a literature search) would be great. In any case, I would like to be able to know when my subscription is downloading, and best, to be able to choose the time and day. Right now, all I can find out is it will do it once a week. When? At the same time I first downloaded? What if I want to choose, but have the download at another time?
