Chasing the Bard Episode 12 and Eastern Standard Tribe Episode 6 result in 1.6kb download. At least some of the other episodes of these novels download fine. This is doing a manual download with a browser and "save as". Just clicking on the link results in 404, which is probably a clue.
The third episode of The two travelers does not seem to exist on the site, or on iTunes. The title is there but there is no episode.
The iTunes alert says "The URL '...' cannot be found on the server, and when you click on the link at the bottom of the book's page, you are directed to a page that says "404 Not Found"
The last chapter of One Among the Sleepless won't download. I've tried to do it manually, but it just tells me I've finished the book. How can I override the system?
Vatican Assassin & Vatican Ambassador both stopped downloading. When I check in to this site, I see that I can only download certain episodes. You should tell people that these are only partial books & that you need to buy them if you like them. Otherwise it's kind of a ripoff.
I am unable to download episode 4 of "A Man and His Unicorn", I have tried both through my personal feed and going to the page and downloading it manually and keep getting filke not found errors.
Two of the three subscriptions did not download an episode - I got an error instead. iTunes could not deliver, either. I removed the subscription to those two stories: Somebody Somewhere, Secret Sidewalk.
I am puzzled. I never used to get so many errors. Is this the price I pay for increased readership, or is it server troubles?
I have invoked St. Vidicon to intercede for me and battle Murphy so I can enjoy my simple electronic toys.
ETA: Ah. I see at the Podiobooker blog that this is a known problem - with no known solution. (Better light another candle.)
