Cannot release Rookie episodes above #4

Hello. I am trying to get all episodes of The Rookie. Last week, I could only get episodes 1-2. Today, it's only 1-4.

I have repeatedly tried deleting the podcast thru iTunes, unsubscribing and subscribing again thru Podiobooks, releasing only one episode, releasing all episodes...nothing works! Help!

I just checked your feed, bacmac. Looks like episodes 1 - 6 are there and the feed is set to deliver new episodes daily. But that assumes that you retrieve an episode each day. Our system is "smart" and won't just keep dumping files in to your feed if you aren't downloading.

If you want to get ALL episodes right now, follow these steps:

    1. First, make sure you're running the latest version of iTunes. A new download was recently made available.

    2. Delete your current subscription to The Rookie from iTunes. Close and restart the program.

    3. Go to your My Subscriptions page of Podiobooks.com and unsubscribe from The Rookie. Log out. Close your browser.

    4. Restart your browser, log into Podiobooks.com and subscribe to The Rookie.

    5. On your My Subscriptions page, click the "Release ALL episodes now" link for your subscription to The Rookie.

    6. Click the link that says "Your Personal Feed". That should open up to a less-than-pretty window that shows the contents of the RSS feed. At the top of that list of episodes should be the final episode. It will say The Rookie - The End and verify that all the episodes are in the feed.

    7. Click "back" and make sure the entry for The Rookie shows this line of text underneath: Next episode released will be: Book is finished. This ensures that some odd browser caching isn't happening for you.

    8. Click the "Subscribe with iTunes" button. iTunes should then launch, add your subscription and then download the final chapter.

    9. Click the small triangle to the left of "The Rookie" inside of iTunes to expand the listing to show all available episodes. From here, click the "get all" button to the right of The Rookie's listing and they should all start downloading.

That's a lot of steps. Podcast feeds aren't the best for retrieving multiple episodes, but they can be made to work. I just followed each of these steps and now have all of the files that make up The Rookie on my system.

Well, I thought I had tried all of those things, but apparently, you have some sort of magic touch, because it's working now! Thanks for your prompt, thoughtful, and correct reply.
