Cannot subscribe to Mur Lafferty's Heaven

This is in regards to Mur Lafferty's Heaven: I tried to subscribe, but could not find the option on the book's page. I'm sorry if I'm missing something really obvious, but I was wondering how I could subscribe? Thank you!

First, create an account on Podiobooks.com. Don't worry, it's totally free. Creating an account allows us to build a custom RSS feed just for you so you can decide how often you want new episodes sent down the feed.

Next, visit http://podiobooks.com/title/heaven---... and click on the very large orange button that says SUBSCRIBE. It's just under the image of the book.

You'll wind up on your My Subscriptions page, where you can add your custom feed to a variety of podcatching clients.

Thanks so much for your reply. I apologize for not mentioning that I already have an account and that I was logged in when trying to subscribe to season one and four of Heaven. I subscribed to season two and three of the same series succesfully, but the pages for season one and four did not recognize that I was logged on and asked me to create an account (I logged in several times).
