Why no Subscribe button on Clear Heart?

Hi. I'm having problems getting to Clear Heart by Joe Cottonwood. I click on the title, and it takes me to the book page. I am logged it, but it doesn't show "add to my subscriptions" it shows "register to hear". I've gone in this circle about 3 times now. What am I doing wrong?
