Adding social networks broken
I try to add new social networks to an identity, but I keep getting 'We cannot verify your username/password. Please update it.' for LinkedIn and Facebook. Wednessday this worked fine on another identity. I checked login and pass for both on their own sites and they work fine.

Inappropriate?sorry, as of 3/14/09, it's not accepting my login info for facebook OR twitter - the networks i use regularly. thanks for your attention to this issue! :)

Inappropriate?Thanks for the heads-up, skylineva. The social networks change their service offering frequently and sometimes it breaks our connection with them. We are making changes to forge a more robust connection that changes automatically with the social networks but, in the meantime, we scramble to respond when we receive reports like these.
We were able to reproduce the twitter error but not facebook. Are you sure you are using the same email address and password that you use to log in to facebook? If so, which country are you logging in from, as sometimes social networks exhibit different behavior in different geographies.

Inappropriate?Hi Bryan - thanks for replying. Yes, I tested my FB login & it is what it is. I've updated my email address with them before, so I tested all email addresses to make sure I know which one logs me in & I do have the correct info. I tried multiple emails on Poken just to make sure, but none of them were accepted anyhow, including the correct one which I know logs me into FB.
