How to identify a device?
I use one Poken most of the time, but somehow I have two devices registered under Device settings. How can I identify which Poken is which? The 7 digit Poken ID's might help, but where do I find this on the device? Do I have to dig around in Start_Poken.html?

Inappropriate?Hi Tim
There is an easier and faster way to check for the different device IDs than checking the Start_Poken.html file. Once you insert your poken device into the USB port and enter your account, go to 'Devices', and you'll see immediately which device you are using at the moment: it is the one where the blue bar appears between the image and the 7 digit device ID.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,

Inappropriate?Sure I understand. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I have two Poken - a main one, and another I use now and then. When I insert either the devices tab shows the blue line under the same device (see attached jpg). I have no idea which the second device is?
Sorry Simone, another tricky one :-)

Inappropriate?Hmm, I was quite clueless at first what could cause this, but the only explanation I have is the fact that you did not log out of your poken account before entering your second device?
Could this be it?

Fixed now, just unlinked the unknown device (very useful). Recently tested with 3 different devices linked to single account - all works perfectly :-) Quite possibly I forgot to logout, oops - thanks Simone.
