Mayday! Mayday! My Poken rating on GetSatisfaction goes down!!

If you go through the forums you see a trend. The examples i mention in my message are the following:

- "Let us order the poken we want": I needed one Geisha and one Fox. I don't have them. So i order two boxes hoping that there are some Geisha and Fox in there. I get two boxes Customer Mix 1. No Geisha no Fox. At then end Nacho was to good to sell me a Mix 2. So i buy three boxes to get two Geisha and two Fox. It would be great if we could order what we needed. And not get random (i know they are not thát random) poken.

- "Help us promote poken": Stephane promised me some marketing material to print, spread around, to make noise. The only material i have is what is published on Whuala (basically web images). We need to make more noise to make poken a success and we need your help with that.
BTW, what ever happened to the Poken Promotor program? I signed up twice. Never got any message about it. Is this program still on?

- "Fix the wedsite": I know Gabriel e.c. are working hard to make the website better, but the last iterations made the web almost impossible to work with (e.g. find your promo-code or try to tag your friends) and full of bugs (network registration not working, adding friends not working, strange error messages). I know nothing about web development (not entirely true, but anyway), but why don't you sandbox your new versions until they are done and tested and then release them?

- "Create some neutral poken": We also talked about this before. More demand from business than from individuals. I.m.o. more sales opportunities for business than for leisure users. Allsell, Sellall, what are they called, can still not deliver, is too expensive and not all groups or companies need 100 poken. Why don't you create a neutral poken for people that are not willing to carry an Alien around? (BTW, i LOVE my alien to death. ;-))

-"Make it more attractive for resellers to spend time and money on poken and Poken": Happened already a couple of times to me. You sell one poken for 15 euros, people register their poken and immediately they are offered to buy 12 poken for 9 euros each. That makes me a rip-off seller and take away my business. I know that that is the whole idea behind viral marketing, but this way it's impossible for us to do business with webshops for example. I have a shop close to BCN who sells at 19 euros. Why? He buys from me for 12,50, adds shipping cost 3,50 euros and only takes 3 euros benefit from which he needs to pay promotion, taxes, etc. He will never sell because i sell direct for 15. Result, he either stops selling or goes direct. In any case my business is gone.
This and all the other issues above make it every time less attractive to continue with poken.
You have a great product, now give us the means to sell them and make some decent money. ;-)
