No poken associated with your account
I bought a poken, put it in my PC, opened the usb device, clicked on Start_Poken.html, set up an account. Everything looks fine but I don't seem to heave a poken associated to my account. When I click on 'Devices' I get a message saying I don't have a poken. In the overview of my account there's a grey icon saying that no poken is connected.
I've logged out and uploaded my Start_Poken.html but nothing seems to help.(looked at http://getsatisfaction.com/poken/topi... )
Can someone give me a hand at associating my poken to my account?

Inappropriate?The problem is mystically solved. I tried again, this time from my home Ubuntu laptop and after login (the login screen seemed different, but I'm unsure), I directly saw my poken's info.
I checked my latest activity again:

Seems like one needs to login and then activate a poken and not the other way around... strange enough that didn't happen to me the first time I created an account with my poken..

You've had quite a strange bug here apparently, we have never come across such a case. As you have stated, the process is 'activating' a poken, meaning inserting it into the USB port, and THEN creating the account through the automatic login site that appears once one clicked on the html file. But it does seem that you had to do it inversely. Strange indeed that the poken was not recognized and linked to the account right away.
We will investigate this further to find out its cause.
In the meantime I'm really glad that the problem has been resolved for your case, and that you can use and enjoy your poken account now properly!

Inappropriate?Hi Simone, thanks for replying. A collegue of mine had a similar problem, but after high-fouring and visiting the site again, his incident was fixed as well. I think it goes wrong at inserting ones initial data, after you enter a username password etc, there's an option to add a card to your account/poken. When you try to save that data/associate with ones poken, it strangely doesn't remember that the user connected through a poken at the first place
I don't have another poken so I can't reproduce the steps to give more accurate description, hope it's clear -
