No poken associated with your account

I bought a poken, put it in my PC, opened the usb device, clicked on Start_Poken.html, set up an account. Everything looks fine but I don't seem to heave a poken associated to my account. When I click on 'Devices' I get a message saying I don't have a poken. In the overview of my account there's a grey icon saying that no poken is connected.

I've logged out and uploaded my Start_Poken.html but nothing seems to help.(looked at http://getsatisfaction.com/poken/topi... )

Can someone give me a hand at associating my poken to my account?
