I have the same question as DElyMyth:
When I try to order two or more Poken packs, I'm invited to the promoter program, but every time I try to submit the form, I keep being sent pack to the same page and can't get to the payment page.
The form always claims I didn't fill in the Passport #/ ID Card field, which I always fill in.
Please advise, thanks ;)

Inappropriate?Hi, Juliet! Thanks for your enthusiasm! This most likely means that you have javascript disabled in your web browser, which will also result in "..." being displayed for the cost total. Could you please try enabling javascript and let us know if you still have a problem? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. I do have JavaScript enabled and have tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome with no luck. Even if I deselect the "Join the Promoter Program" box, it will not let me continue to the payment page, it refreshes, selects the box and still shows the "Please fill in your Id" error.
Please also check the "State" field, if there is an error and the page reloads, the box defaults back to the state of Alabama. If someone forgot a field and didn't catch this it would cause a delay in mailing.

The answer is no, once the form realizes the order is greater than 1 and reloades with the "Join the Promoter Program" and "T&C" checkboxes the Cost with shipping disappears and shows "..." and the reduction disappears as well. Please let me know if you need anymore info, screenshots etc.
