Business portal could be more sober and, with less language like: DUDE & LAME
While Personal portal could be more fashionable, stylish to attract younger people.

Inappropriate?We're working on a "skin" for the site that would be more "professional," both in look and feel and in language. It adds some complexity--especially to translation--but we agree with you that this would be valuable for our business users.
