Photos not updating on flickr?
I have tagged myself and others in a number of photos, but it doesn't look like they are getting updated on flickr? Shouldn't there be either tags or notes on the images I marked myself and other people on?

Inappropriate?Photo notes on Flickr are put there when the people you named sign up.
This is one of the reasons why your are asked "Public or private" account during sign up.
Public account will show up with their full name on Flickr notes. Private account will show up as "Name kept private" on Flickr notes. Both types of notes have a link to that person's "Photos of You" page. That page will be visible to everyone if the account is public, or only to that person's friends if Private.
This is our privacy management system. The basic concept is that you own your name and should be allowed to control its use.
We are looking at introducing some changes here though, that will put something on Flickr immediately, but still give users the option of changing it when they sign up.

Inappropriate?right but what about photos that I tagged of me? I have my settings at public and nothing shows up on flickr. -

Inappropriate?Mike, is this still an issue? Can you check your photos on Flickr....the new update should have put "first name only" photo notes on all photos.
