Inappropriate?Harold, I was able to load the survey creator page without any problems on the latest download of Google Chrome. I'm on XP with SP2.
If you are still experiencing problems with Google Chrome, try using Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 7 (and up), Safari or Opera.

Inappropriate?Hmmm... I'll try again. However, I am using VISTA with SP1.
However, it does work in IE.
