Problem with clipper and some image (es. from imageshack)

I have aproblem. With some photo the clipper dosn't allow me to upload(for ex. from imageshack) . It apper this:"You cannot import from imageshack.us at this time" . But on the same computer trying to upload the same photo but with another account (my girlfriend account) i can do it easily. So i have the problem with the acount that allow me to upload only from some site. Why?!?! Thanks you
