The Clipper WON'T LOAD.I can't upload clips! I click on the link and nothing comes up, it was working fine earlier.I really need to upload an item by ......today. Please help!

This could be a bug on our side. Can you provide us the following infomation:
The language and location settings for your computer,
and the language setting for you browser. you can find it by clicking the "tools" menu, then "Internet Options", then click the "Languages" button.

Can you try the clipper again? If it still doesn't work please try clearing your browser cache first: go to the "Tools" menu, then "Delete browsing history...", then click the "Delete Files" button. Please let me know if it works.
