Account settings constantly deleted!
I have just moved to Postbox from Mail and generally find it great HOWEVER in the first few weeks i have had to re enter all of my account details several times - i.e i have everything all set up nicely then the next time i log back in everything (account settings, mail etc) is missing! if this keeps happening i may have to look at other apps which would be a shame - i am running Mac OSX 10.6.1 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo cheers

When this happens does it look like you are creating a new profile? That is you get offered to migrate settings from apple, tbird etc.? Or does it just prompt you to create a new account at startup?
I'd be curious to know if you have multiple profile folders under:

Posbox\Profiles
or just one.
And when this happens before quitting again, go to tools / error console and report any errors you may see in the console.

Unfortunately it is both - the first few times i got the offer to migrate from apple, other times it opens but one or all of my profiles are gone
i run two profiles - one is IMAP Gmail and the other a Work Account (POP account on a third party server)

When you look at the Postbox profile folder do you see multiple profiles listed under
Postbox\Profiles per my note above?

no- there are no profiles - it just happened again when i logged in for the day - only local folders were showing and i had to reconfigure all profile again - i dont think i will stay it is really annoying and a waste of time reconfiguring every second or third log in
