Adding Contacts to Address Book MAC

I miss the data field recognition that apple mail has. I add contact almost everyday and I hate having to key into fields. I like the way apple mail I add a email to address book and they it scrapes data from their signature. What I find myself doing it keeping apple mail active just to maintain my address book
