Allow combining the menu bar and the toolbar
To save some vertical space, it would be great if we could merge the menu bar and the toolbar on one "line", as is possible in Firefox.

Inappropriate?I would like this too. I rarely notice the growl notification or the icon bouncing on the dock (mac).
