Inappropriate?Greg, could you restart the application, and make sure that "All" is selected under Favorite Topics on the left?
Also, when you say that you can't see mail, do you mean your message list? Or message preview area? Or both?
Do you see any error messages on screen? -
Inappropriate? The number of messages shows in the inbox, but nothing shows in the viewing pane. I now also seem to have a favorites folder called "none". When I click edit folders, "none" is not listed. I also can't see any emails saved in the subfolders I created under inbox.

Inappropriate?Hi Greg,
Any errors under Tools / Error Console when you click on a message in the message list pane? -
Inappropriate?Snow Leopard, clean install on MB: I'm having this issue, as well, except no message list nor preview, yet it will show the count when email comes through. The first time I set up Postbox I could see all the mail and view fine. Restarted my system, nothing. Error Console is full of "gDBView is null" and "dbview is null" messages, as well as "uncaught exception" and "document.getElementByld("searchInputCaption") is null. I've restarted several times to no avail.
edit: I do have "All" selected, as noted above. Also noted that on restart it doesn't ask me for my master pword ... odd.

did you customize your toolbar by chance - removing the search box? That might be causing some problems. -
No i haven't customized anything as of yet. I will try an uninstall and reinstall to see if that does the trick. Oddly, my brother upgraded to SL and has no problems with it. But I did a clean install, wiping my drive via the install of Snow Leopard, so don't know if that is the difference or not. Will let you know. But, does that mean once I install it I *can't* customize? -
Doing an uninstall/reinstall did the trick; I can now view emails, however, it concerns me that I can't customize the toolbar without it zotzing my ability to view email/content. Is this a known issue?
