Color Folders (suggestion)

I would *love* to be able to assign folders a particular color (either the folder icon, or the icon+folder name). Kind of like how OS X does it.

When dozens of folders running vertically, it'd be great to offset ones of particular importance or frequent use.

Or, in lieu of coloring, maybe a 'Favorite Folders' pane.
