Configurable keyboard shortcuts.
It seems like Postbox currently supports a mix of Mac/Windows-style shortcuts (that require a modifier key like Command or Ctrl) and Gmail-style shortcuts (that don't). Some users may want to adjust these keyboard shortcuts, particularly for consistency with the tools they're most familiar with. Please consider making shortcuts configurable.

Inappropriate?An addition to that idea might be a dropdown of pre-configured keyboard shortcuts. Something like:
Mail.app
Entourage
Gmail
Selecting one of those would give you a pre-configured set of keyboard shortcuts that closely resemble their counterparts.
Obviously full customization is best, but this would be a start...1 Comment

Inappropriate?On the Mac I use MenuMaster to set custom keys. Unfortunately, for the most part it doesn't work in PostBox. I really want a Junk Key and have Command J set but nothing happens. Sometimes I have to open a message to see if it's junk (they are getting trickier) and hate having to close the message and then mark it as junk.

Inappropriate?Adding my voice to the chorus. I've gotten used to the keyboard shortcuts in Postbox, but I'd still rather set my own because I'd rather have CMD+ for everything. Don't like the modifier-less shorties.
