copy and paste
In Mail.app, I attach files by pasting into the message body from my clipboard. This is especially efficient when using QuickSilver to browse your directory.
Is there some way to copy and paste an attachment into the message window somewhere.

Inappropriate?This is an extremely useful feature in Microsoft Outlook. It's really painful to have to drag attachments into the message window, involving lots of window showing/hiding/moving. You want to be able to Copy files in Finder/Explorer, and just Paste into the message to add it as attachment.
