Default to sending plain text?
Is there a blanket setting for sending all mail as plain text?
Some users (like me) prefer to send *all* mails as plain text. So I don't want to set what domains get plain text or HTML mails -- I just want *all* my outgoing mails to be plain text.
Is there an easy way to do this?

Just make sure that is unchecked.

I poked around but did not find this option. I don't have any suggestions for how to make it more obvious, but it did seem weird that this option was not under the "Compose" preferences -- that was actually why I posted the request here.
