Delete icon in toolbar doesn't work
Delete icon in toolbar doesn't work (Postbox 1.0b11 on Mac OS X 10.4.11). Can't figure out exactly when the glitch kicks in. After a restart, it resumed working, but it's happened more than once for me. The icon darkens when clicked, but doesn't move the e-mail/thread to the trash folder.

Inappropriate?any errors in Tools / Error Console when this happens and you try to click on the delete button tdzl?
And when it does happen, can you still delete from Edit / Delete Message?

Inappropriate?I have the same issue and cleared my errors, after I went back and clicked on three messages they would still not delete. Aaargh!

What happens if you right click on your inbox choose properties and then rebuild index? -

Inappropriate?Version was: 1.0b12 (2009051120), after I rebuilt the index, restarted, repaired permissions, and restarted Postbox it seems ok for now. Great product by the way, been looking for something to rival Thunderbird in tagging, topics, and organization. Love the ability to keep todo's at the top, is there any way to redflag one to stand out though? Thanks!

Inappropriate?Basically just verified and repaired permissions via Disk Utility in Mac OS 10.4.11. It hasn't given me any other problems so far!

Inappropriate?This seems to be happening to me as well. It works fine in most folders, but if I open an email in a new tab, the Delete icon/button doesn't do anything. The Junk / Not Junk button still works on emails viewed in tabs, though. This is in Beta 12 on the Mac, by the way.

Inappropriate?Yep, just for messages in a new tab. And occasionally, it does work on a new tab - today it worked for one message, then I went back, opened a message in a new tab that was part of a conversation, tried to delete it - didn't work. Then the Delete button stopped working for all new tabs, regardless of whether the message is in a conversation or not.
I briefly switched to an IMAP account, then back to my Local Folders Inbox (I have a filter moving IMAP email to a local inbox), and the Delete button started working on messages in tabs again.
Wish I had a reproducible case for you - sorry!
