dock icon
The dock icon shows the new, gray 'postbox' icon when I have 1 new message, but then switches back to the old, yellow dock icon when I have multiple messages.

Inappropriate?That's a strange one Joe. As soon as you have more than one new message, you see the old orange/yellow icon in the dock? When this happens next can you go to Postbox / About and verify that the vesion is 1.0b7?
Does restarting the OS fix this? Maybe a stale image is in your cache since the logo did change recently.
