You can use Postbox in place of Outlook for POP3 and IMAP mail accounts. We currently don't support native Exchange nor calendaring.

Inappropriate?Hi John,
To make sure that you will NOT loose anything while testing out this software:
1. Try to use IMAP account as it will make sure that mail (incoming/outgoing) will be on the server side; hence, if you decide Postbox is NOT a replacement for Outlook - you won't loose your mail.
2. If IMAP is not available in your case and you use POP3, make sure that Postbox will NOT delete mails from server once it downloads (as for the outgoing mail, you might wanna bcc yourself or another account, so that sent mail will also be available from the server side)
