Filter "Subject Contains" does not match correctly
I have a filter of Subject Contains: "BLAH:" but when I run it on my inbox, it does not filter messages with the subject of "BLAH:test" I would have assumed it would match *BLAH:* but it appears not to. Thanks. PS. I'm not adding the quotes in the actual filter, I'm doing it above to distinguish what my filter is...

Inappropriate?Hi Jeremy, I don't believe our filters support partial word matches. Contains means does the subject contain the word BLAH.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Can I turn this topic into a feature request then? -
Inappropriate?done :)

Inappropriate?Has this feature already been implemented? Because I have some "Subject Contains" filters that are successfully matching on just a single character (which I'm using for identifying Russian spam). This is on Postbox 1.0b13 for Mac.

Yes, I think this is already a part of PostBox. When I originally had this problem, I had just opened PostBox and saw thousands of emails that weren't in the correct folder (not filtered). I think that it was just taking a very long time to move all of them to the correct folder. Once I manually handled those thousands of messages, the next one (of the same subject matching) was correctly put into the filtered folder. Looks like I just wasn't patient enough :) -
Oh! Yes, it's unclear to me when Postbox has finished filtering too. Some visual feedback on filtering progress would be very helpful!
