Getting ghostmail...
I have a strange bug that add dozens of empty emails dating at 1970-01-01-01.00 that can not be removed/archived/marked as read and some emails end up doubled...
Could it be a problem with my userprofile or something?

Inappropriate?We're going to be pushing a new update to take in the latest Mozilla security fixes (gecko 1.9.0.7) shortly and we're going to take advantage of that opportunity to also fix some of the bugs our testers found with b8 including this one.

Inappropriate?Tried that and it does not work for me.
I also tried to rebuild index without luck. -
Inappropriate?we seem to have fixed this for others but not for Mortfiles.
Make sure to rebuild the index you are right clicking on the inbox (or the folder showing the problem) choosing properties and then rebuild index as opposed to going through the tools menu).

Inappropriate?I'm not sure I can pinpoint when or why it is happening but I am still getting ghost emails. I am on the newest beta (9).
I think it may have occurred when I moved an email that is part of a threaded conversation back into my inbox.

It definitely just happened again. This time it was totally unrelated to moving any emails around. I am not sure what could have caused it. I will keep watching. -
Inappropriate?gzbc, were you using a previous beta or b9 was your first postbox experience? If you were using a previous version can you ctrl-click on the folder that shows the ghost rows to bring up a context menu, choose properties then rebuild index. Then try again to see if it happens?
