Hide the [Gmail] folder when it has no child folders.
As you can see in the following image, the "[Gmail]" folder at the bottom of the list of Mail Folders is grayed-out. Since I can't make use of it, why not hide it? If it might be useful to some users but not others, perhaps provide an option to hide it? Presently, it's a distraction.

Inappropriate? At first I said I like this idea, but it may be that it is there as an indicator that there's mail there that you have disabled in your gmail imap settings. Starred mail, All Mail etc. I have another grayed out folder too, also where its subfolders are not enabled in imap settings.
